§ 04 · Questions you might have

Correct. If you place an order on okuracookware.com, your entries are tracked using the email tied to your order. No second form, no separate account, no email list opt-in required.

One (1) entry for every $100 you spend (USD, post-discount, pre-tax). Spend $250, get 2 entries. Spend $500, get 5. The more you spend, the better your odds. There's no cap.

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years or older. Void where prohibited. See official rules for full details.

One winner is randomly selected when the countdown closes. Winner notified by email within 7 business days.

By email, to the address tied to the winning entry, within 7 business days of the drawing. Winner has 14 days to respond and claim the prize. If unclaimed, an alternate winner is selected.

The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes on the prize value. A 1099 form will be issued by Okura Group LLC as required by US law.

The prize is awarded as described and is not transferable for cash. Travel dates are flexible within 12 months of the drawing date and subject to availability.
