Rooted in the discipline of traditional Japanese metal craftsmanship, this eight-piece Damascus knife set brings together a carefully curated range of cutting forms for refined, everyday preparation. Each knife is designed to deliver balance, control, and dependable precision, supporting a calm and deliberate cutting style across a wide variety of kitchen tasks.

The blades range from 3.5 to 7.9 inches (9–20 cm) and are forged from high-quality high-carbon steel. A restrained Damascus pattern gives each blade a layered, understated character while maintaining a clean, functional surface. The steel is uncoated and free from chemical treatments, ensuring pure contact with ingredients during food preparation.

The Santoku blade features carefully placed hollow indentations, reducing friction and allowing ingredients to release smoothly during precise slicing. Across the entire set, handling feels composed and controlled, with even weight distribution from handle to tip for fluid, accurate movement.

Ergonomic handles are crafted from premium blue epoxy sapphire, offering a stable, comfortable grip that supports extended use without fatigue. A clearly defined bolster separates handle and blade, enhancing safety while reinforcing structural balance and control.

This set expresses craftsmanship through restraint—prioritizing durability, structural integrity, and purposeful performance over excess decoration. Each knife is built for longevity, delivering consistent cutting performance with quiet confidence.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Okura titanium cookware.

Unlike mass-produced knives that prioritize softness for easy manufacturing, Okura knives are crafted from high-performance steel and refined with a thinner edge geometry.

The result is improved cutting precision, cleaner slices, and better long-term edge retention — designed for control rather than weight.

Not at all.

With proper use and regular honing, the blade maintains its sharpness over time. Occasional professional sharpening will restore peak performance when needed.

Like all quality knives, hand washing and proper drying are recommended.

Each knife features a hardened performance core designed for strength and edge retention.

Depending on the model, this may include high-carbon stainless steel or a VG-10 steel core.

The blade is hardened to approximately HRC 60–62, balancing sharpness with durability.

This hardness allows for a thinner cutting angle while maintaining structural integrity.

The edge is refined to approximately 12°–15° per side.

This narrower angle allows for more precise, effortless slicing compared to conventional Western-style knives.

Each knife is precision-forged and finished for balance and stability.

The full tang construction ensures strength from heel to tip.

These knives are designed for precision slicing of vegetables, meats, and fish.

They are not intended for cutting through bones or frozen foods. For those tasks, a cleaver or heavy-duty blade is recommended.

Hand washing is recommended to preserve edge sharpness and handle longevity.

Dishwashers can accelerate wear on both blade and handle materials.

We ship knives not perfectly sharpened due to shipping rules.

With normal home use, sharpening is only needed occasionally.

Regular honing will help maintain alignment between sharpenings.

Customer video review of Hand-Hammered Titanium Pan - 3-piece set

I’ve been using my new pans since the moment i received them! I absolutely love cooking with them! And the best part; I don’t need to sound the alarm when someone scratches the inside of it, it doesn’t leave any streaks or remove any finish. What a game changer.

Attached photo showed after cooking egg omelette, Did not stick to the pan. I can use any stainless steel spatula, not a scratch. However, I still need time to learn about different kinds temperature with different kinds of meat.

Customer photo review of Shipping Protection

Love the pans. It does take getting use to. Heating the pan first, then adding oil or butter. Adding your food you must let it cook. It will eventually unstick by itself. Cleanup is amazingly very easy. Wish I had these years ago as a chef. .

Customer photo review of Hand-Hammered Titanium Pan

I’m disappointed the top did not fit on the pan. It’s probably the way the pan was cast. The top looks good. I would gladly take a replacement pan that the top fits properly on. I truly love the pan. But as is it’s dangerous.

Customer photo review of Titanium High-Wall Frying Pan I PFAS-Free

Love that this is PFAS free and is relatively easy to clean. I did not give it a five star rating because, as seen in picture, it is stained, after cooking a turkey burger in it.

Customer video review of Hand-Hammered Titanium Pan

I love both the pants. After several tries, I’m finally doing the eggs right. Have not tried meat yet. The problem is the 12 inch pan is wobbly I think because I was trying to dry it by putting it on the burner and then coating with a little oil, but it was on there too long and warped. That’s just what I think. Is there anyway you can help me with that. Thank you. Video I think is attached.

Customer photo review of Hand-Hammered Titanium Pan - 3-piece set

The Okura titanium pans are the only set that offers an 8" egg pan along with the 10"-12" pans so that helped me decide on Okura. They are great - no stick for eggs, great for stir-fry, searing salmon and meat in the larger pans. The weight is perfect - pan is light but the handle gives it a perfect weight. They cost a bit but it's top-quality cookware. Thank you - will be ordering more of these.

Customer photo review of Mastering Titanium Cookware eBook

Love the size and quite easy to clean. Good for my daily cooking. Just need to know level of heat when the pan is ready for cooking. Not 100% as non stick pan but better than stainless steal.

I was a cook for 10 years at a full service restaurant. Quality is very important to me and knowing that non stick materials from the pan are not in my food is very important I was taught to always cook slow to not stress the food

Customer photo review of Hand-Hammered High-Wall Titanium Pan

The first pan was the 12" pan. Love it, easy cooking at a lower heat than I'm use to then I received the 8" and 9" . Also I now have 3 knifes that cut meat soooo easy! The first time using the pans I had to adjust my temperature lower as I started burning the meat. Also remember it cooks the whole pan surface evenly. Looking forward to add more to my collection!

Customer video review of Hand-Hammered Titanium Pan

I love the look of the pan and it feels premium quality. I also love the lack of chemicals and toxic coatings - this does however mean it is not 100% non-stick like some of the cheaper coated brands (although this never lasts) but that's okay with me! It cooks perfectly, is easy to clean and it can go from hob to oven.

Customer photo review of Titanium Frying Pan I Chemical & PFAS-Free

Thank you very much for my 8 inch titanium frying pan and age 92 taking up cooking three years ago. It’s very much a pleasure to have such a beautiful hobby. The last of my lifetime… I experienced an unfortunate injury in November 2025 well at a car dealership purchasing a new vehicle nine months later I’m just coming out of the Walker stage.. when I purchased my frying pan from you approximately a month ago. I didn’t realize what a series of adventures were to be presented to me. There were communications between us. Over the period of time eventually, I was to lose my patience and send you messages that were regretful as I look back at it. It was very difficult communicating with you over this period of time. I think that you should have a better system of presenting your tracking system to a buyer. I would say it was close to nonexistent in the parcel, possibly was hundreds of miles in front of the tracking location when and if it did appear, I didn’t realize it until one day I went out to do an air that looked back at my front entrance, and there was the parcel safe and sound at its designated destination I am a semi retired professional photographer. I have been so preoccupied with my health that I haven’t had the moment in time to cook that fabulous egg that haunts me be so kind as to give me your email and next week or two I promise I’ll send you some kind of a picture. It will be a little different. In the near future, I expect to and hope to order your 10 inch walk. I like Chinese cooking save one for me please… your presentation of your cookware to the public is second to none very well presented.. thank you sincerely Robert L PECK

Customer photo review of Hand-Hammered Titanium Pan - 3-piece set I Limited Edition

I can't understand how something so expensive costs so much to clean after making a steak. I have to leave it soaked in water for hours in dishwashing tablets, to be able to leave it in better condition. I'm very upset with the result.

Customer photo review of Hand-Hammered Titanium Wok Pan with Flat Base

Sadly , the wok and the pan is very hard for cooking. It’s very sticky and very hard for clean. When I cook steak, the top will be overhead and start burning become a black mark that are very hard to remove, and I try to only cook vegetable, the temperature doesn’t cook the vegetable very well, the leaf become black, but the the texture still hard. Not an easy handling cookware. And the knives I bought is so average. It doesn’t look like what on my photo showed. Very disappointed about Okura!!

Customer photo review of Hand-Hammered Titanium Pan - 3-piece set

I am completely dissatisfied with the 3 frypan pack with lids that I have purchased. They do not non stick and they become very hard to clean both internally and externally and are already badly stained after just a few uses. I respectfully request that I am fully refunded my purchase price with out delay. I am not happy with the way these items are sold and feel I have been dudded. My original order number is Order #OKURA12837115. Please contact me to arrange a refund Many thank. David Breckenridge

Customer photo review of Hand-Hammered Titanium Pan

I bought this Okura pan and unfortunately, it has looked like this since the very first day. No matter what I cook in it, everything burns and sticks to the bottom. I have tried different foods and cooking methods, but the problem is always the same. For a new pan, I expected much better quality. I’m very disappointed with the Okura pan and would not recommend it based on my experience.

Hand-Hammered Titanium Pan

Customer photo review of Hand-Hammered Titanium Pan

The pan LOOKS fine. But looks are deceiving. Everything I tried to cook, eggs, steak, one pancake... stuck to the pan. Low heat, medium, didn't matter. Took a while to clean the scorch out of the pan. The Taima titanium I bought was worth the money. Easily nonstick, even cooking. Okura is overpriced and worthless.
