"This knife changed how I cook. The balance is unreal — it feels like an extension of my hand. I've owned Wüsthof and Shun, and this beats both."

"I've been a sushi chef for 12 years. The Santoku from Okura holds its edge better than knives I've paid three times more for. Incredible value."

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about Okura titanium cookware.
Unlike mass-produced knives that prioritize softness for easy manufacturing, Okura knives are crafted from high-performance steel and refined with a thinner edge geometry.
The result is improved cutting precision, cleaner slices, and better long-term edge retention — designed for control rather than weight.
Not at all.
With proper use and regular honing, the blade maintains its sharpness over time. Occasional professional sharpening will restore peak performance when needed.
Like all quality knives, hand washing and proper drying are recommended.
Each knife features a hardened performance core designed for strength and edge retention.
Depending on the model, this may include high-carbon stainless steel or a VG-10 steel core.
The blade is hardened to approximately HRC 60–62, balancing sharpness with durability.
This hardness allows for a thinner cutting angle while maintaining structural integrity.
The edge is refined to approximately 12°–15° per side.
This narrower angle allows for more precise, effortless slicing compared to conventional Western-style knives.
Each knife is precision-forged and finished for balance and stability.
The full tang construction ensures strength from heel to tip.
These knives are designed for precision slicing of vegetables, meats, and fish.
They are not intended for cutting through bones or frozen foods. For those tasks, a cleaver or heavy-duty blade is recommended.
Hand washing is recommended to preserve edge sharpness and handle longevity.
Dishwashers can accelerate wear on both blade and handle materials.
We ship knives not perfectly sharpened due to shipping rules.
With normal home use, sharpening is only needed occasionally.
Regular honing will help maintain alignment between sharpenings.
I’ve been using my new pans since the moment i received them! I absolutely love cooking with them! And the best part; I don’t need to sound the alarm when someone scratches the inside of it, it doesn’t leave any streaks or remove any finish. What a game changer.
Attached photo showed after cooking egg omelette, Did not stick to the pan. I can use any stainless steel spatula, not a scratch. However, I still need time to learn about different kinds temperature with different kinds of meat.
Love the pans. It does take getting use to. Heating the pan first, then adding oil or butter. Adding your food you must let it cook. It will eventually unstick by itself. Cleanup is amazingly very easy. Wish I had these years ago as a chef.

Our go-to pan!
We absolutely love our Okura titanium pan! It cooks evenly and has quickly become the pan we reach for first. We use it regularly, and we’re so happy we added it to our kitchen. A definite five-star favorite in our house!
I am quite impressed with these. As advertised, non-stick and easy to clean. What amazes me that the handles never get hot, when you cook on the stove. (I have not tried to put any into the oven yet, so I don't know what happens then.) The only complaint is that I was expecting to receive smaller pots, as shown in the catalog photo. Instead, the pot I received is quite wide. I already have this size, and I was disappointed that I got this instead. You can clearly see the difference in the photo I'm posting. Otherwise, I am happy with the purchase.
I absolutely love this pan! It feels really high quality, cooks everything evenly, and the nonstick surface makes cleanup so easy. I also love knowing it’s PFAS-free and something I feel good about using for everyday meals for my family. Definitely one I’ll be reaching for all the time!
I usually do not order anything being sold through social media, however when I saw the advertisements for Titanium Cookware it struck a note. I was tired of old nonstick cookware, and my stainless is not suitable for all my needs. I started to do my research and found the Okura round pan with double handles. After reading reviews from several companies I decided to purchase the pan from Okura. I ABSOLUTELY love it. It is everything they promised and more. It distributes even heat, nothing sticks and it is easy to clean. I have not used any of my older pans since it has arrived. I am getting ready to buy a few more pieces.
Very poor packing.
Damaged products. See attached pics.
Wrong lid colours on pots. (Not gold as shown in pictures in website)
I tried to contact okura via email few times but did not receive any responce.
Not a premium product since i paid over $1200 for the set.
Very disapointed.
I am very disappointed with this product. The photo shows the pan after its first use! It has been seasoned using avocado oil as per the instructions from Okura. The pan has been through the dishwasher but the markings remain. Any advice would be much appreciated.
So disappointed.
After each use these can be left dwelling in water. Then just a quick wash and ready to go again. These are amazingly non stick. Not just an advertisement
I am unable to clean my pan. I used baking soda and some detergent heated liquid on stove for 5 minutes, scrubbed with the provided wooded brush to no avail.
How do I get this clean and shining again?
I am ready to return this 8” pan. The 12” and 10” pans seem to be trouble free. I seasoned all three the same way as instructed.
Thank you!

This is not one pan for life and is not none stick at all even fry eggs ! not high heat stability up to 540 C not even heat I have followed all the instructions to seasoning the pan end up after fry steak on induction hob the pan was was like this !
Definitely not recommended do not listen the advertisement
I found another pot and lid, but ours is not in satisfactory condition. First, they offered me a 10% partial refund if I chose to keep the item. I replied asking for a return or replacement, so they offered a 25% refund, or a return where I cover the shipping costs. I decided to return the 12"/30cm flat-base wok pan because its edge is damaged and could cut someone's fingers. I will keep the damaged lid and the 11" sauté pan. They are only going to provide a full refund for the wok pan. However, I strongly feel that I am entitled to a partial refund for the other damaged items as well.
Very disappointed, threw away cook ware better than this because I thought finely I had found a nonstick product that would work ,Not So,pretty at the look and that's all.
