"This knife changed how I cook. The balance is unreal — it feels like an extension of my hand. I've owned Wüsthof and Shun, and this beats both."

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about Okura titanium cookware.
Unlike mass-produced knives that prioritize softness for easy manufacturing, Okura knives are crafted from high-performance steel and refined with a thinner edge geometry.
The result is improved cutting precision, cleaner slices, and better long-term edge retention — designed for control rather than weight.
Not at all.
With proper use and regular honing, the blade maintains its sharpness over time. Occasional professional sharpening will restore peak performance when needed.
Like all quality knives, hand washing and proper drying are recommended.
Each knife features a hardened performance core designed for strength and edge retention.
Depending on the model, this may include high-carbon stainless steel or a VG-10 steel core.
The blade is hardened to approximately HRC 60–62, balancing sharpness with durability.
This hardness allows for a thinner cutting angle while maintaining structural integrity.
The edge is refined to approximately 12°–15° per side.
This narrower angle allows for more precise, effortless slicing compared to conventional Western-style knives.
Each knife is precision-forged and finished for balance and stability.
The full tang construction ensures strength from heel to tip.
These knives are designed for precision slicing of vegetables, meats, and fish.
They are not intended for cutting through bones or frozen foods. For those tasks, a cleaver or heavy-duty blade is recommended.
Hand washing is recommended to preserve edge sharpness and handle longevity.
Dishwashers can accelerate wear on both blade and handle materials.
We ship knives not perfectly sharpened due to shipping rules.
With normal home use, sharpening is only needed occasionally.
Regular honing will help maintain alignment between sharpenings.
I’ve been using my new pans since the moment i received them! I absolutely love cooking with them! And the best part; I don’t need to sound the alarm when someone scratches the inside of it, it doesn’t leave any streaks or remove any finish. What a game changer.
Attached photo showed after cooking egg omelette, Did not stick to the pan. I can use any stainless steel spatula, not a scratch. However, I still need time to learn about different kinds temperature with different kinds of meat.
Love the pans. It does take getting use to. Heating the pan first, then adding oil or butter. Adding your food you must let it cook. It will eventually unstick by itself. Cleanup is amazingly very easy. Wish I had these years ago as a chef.

I usually do not order anything being sold through social media, however when I saw the advertisements for Titanium Cookware it struck a note. I was tired of old nonstick cookware, and my stainless is not suitable for all my needs. I started to do my research and found the Okura round pan with double handles. After reading reviews from several companies I decided to purchase the pan from Okura. I ABSOLUTELY love it. It is everything they promised and more. It distributes even heat, nothing sticks and it is easy to clean. I have not used any of my older pans since it has arrived. I am getting ready to buy a few more pieces.
After each use these can be left dwelling in water. Then just a quick wash and ready to go again. These are amazingly non stick. Not just an advertisement
This is a well crafted knife, however I would really have appreciated knowing there was no Damascus accent on the knife like the knife listing I bought was featured on the website. For the price, it would have been a nice added detail. The handle, and the design we like very well. Just don't advertise it as something its not and some may not be disappointed missing out on that artistry.
Nice frying pan but I have issue with the attachment of the handle. The handle is "bolted" on to the pan with cheap quality nuts. There is a gap between the pan and handle because the handle has oversized holes (making attachment easy but sloppy). I don't know how long the nuts will last before coming apart!!!
Really enjoying cooking with the Okura pans. Good food release, easily cleaned, looks like they will last forever in my kitchen. I highly recommend this product!
First time we used, it already created burnt marks which we cannot remove by washing with dishwashing soap using both sides of the sponge.
We do not know how to remove.
Quite a frustrating and disappointing experience!
Perfect quality. I was looking for something like that for a while! Absolutely happy with the purchase.
Make sure you warm it up properly before cooking.
I also got a gift, that little brush, which is amazing in cleaning the little spaces on the pan.
It still smokes quite a bit. I have used the pan 4 times and I cannot get it all clean. In the ads it says easy to clean and eggs will slide. Not so much. I tried soaking the pan, gently wash, wash a little more aggressively and nothing gets it really clean. The sides feel sticky after washing. Any tips you can give me?
Thanks.
I tend to make one pot meals such as this vegan stew, so this pan is just perfect for me. Cleans up like a dream. So glad I bought the lid. This one pan meets about 90% of my cooking needs; it is gorgeous to boot!!
Great pan but not happy with the lid seal letting ingress of water. Do you have a problem with this or is it normal for the ingressof water? as I won't buy another pan until solved
This frypan is so beautiful to use and we are thrilled with how it is performing in our kitchen. It cooks so evenly, retains heat so well and is so easy to clean. I would highly recommend this amazing quality Okura cookware to anyone. 10/10.
My stainless pans never look the same after searing steaks. I was shocked that, after searing steaks, the pan cleaned up to brand new. I’m still learning how to adjust the temperature just right — I think these retain a lot of heat so I overcooked my first steak, but with a bit of a learning curve I’m impressed. I would love the bigger wok one!
This Okura 11 -inch pan is absolutely beautiful and retains heat so well ! It cooked my food evenly without burning, and cleanup was a breeze. It’s officially become my favorite pan for my easy one pan meals.
I'll be honest, I was kind of skeptical of this brand of cookware. But I thought, what the heck...I will order one pan and try it out. Worst case scenario I can always get a refund. But now that I've had the pan about 3-weeks, I'm ready to order some more cookware. My pan heats up evenly and very fast! And their claim of being nonstick is 100% legit!
I accidentally burned some vegetables in this pan a few days ago so bad that half of the bottom of the pan (inside) was charred black! I was worried I had damaged the pan. But nope! I soaked the pan for about 15 mins and it cleaned up super easy and it is like brand new!
I would definitely recommend these pans to anyone.
I have received the items I purchased and appreciate the effort put into the cookware. The weight and thoughtful design are noticeable. However, I was hoping for a flawless experience given the price point. Unfortunately, I encountered a few issues upon opening the package.
One of the pots has a scratched and uneven rim, and the utensil container also shows scratches, with the colors appearing mismatched compared to the utensils.
That is why I gave this a 4. I have not used the pans yet and I will update my comment later.
I’ve been reaching for my Okura Titanium Pan every time I make steak! It heats up nicely, gives my steak that beautiful sear, and cleanup is so easy afterward. I love having a pan that I can actually use for everyday cooking without overthinking it. Definitely one of my go to pans in the kitchen! ❤️🫶🏼
