How to Make a Warranty Claim
Reach out with your order number and a few photos — we'll assess it and sort out repair or replacement.
If you think you've run into a manufacturing defect, making a claim is simple. No forms to hunt down, no hoops — just a message and a couple of photos. Here's how it goes.
What you'll need
Have these ready before you reach out, and things move quickly:
- Your order number — this is how your 25-year warranty is tied to your purchase.
- Clear photos of the issue, showing the problem as plainly as possible.
- A short description of what's happening and when you first noticed it.
How to start
Contact our support team with the details above. We typically reply within 24 to 48 hours. The more clearly your photos show the issue, the faster we can move — a couple of well-lit shots usually tell us everything we need.
What happens next
We'll review what you've sent and assess whether it's a manufacturing defect — a flaw in the materials or workmanship — as opposed to normal wear, cosmetic change, or accidental damage. For a refresher on where that line sits, see What the 25-Year Warranty Covers. If it's covered, we'll sort out a repair or a replacement and walk you through the next step. There's nothing more you need to do during the assessment — your photos and description carry the claim, and in most cases no further evidence is needed.
While we look into it
We'll keep you posted along the way, so you're never left wondering where your claim stands. If we need anything else — another angle in a photo, say — we'll ask, and it's usually a quick exchange.
Before you reach out
If the problem is shipping damage from a package that just arrived rather than a defect that developed over time, that's handled a little differently and faster — start with Reporting a Damaged or Defective Item instead. Either way, we'll make sure you end up with cookware you're happy to keep using.
