Refunds: Policy and Timelines

Nobody likes uncertainty around money. Here's exactly how refunds work, so you know when to expect yours and what the conditions are.

The return window

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery, as long as it's unused and in original condition with the original packaging and accessories. To start one, see How Returns Work.

How refunds are issued

Refunds go back to your original payment method. We issue a refund only after the returned item has reached us and been inspected — that step confirms everything's in order before the money moves.

The timeline, honestly

Once your return is approved, we process the refund within 14 business days. After that, your bank or card provider may need additional time to post it to your account — that part is bank-dependent and outside our hands, but it's usually a matter of days. If it's been well past the window and you still don't see it, reach out and we'll check the status.

What isn't refundable

To set expectations clearly, refunds can't be issued for items that are used, returned incomplete, damaged after delivery, or missing their original packaging. For international orders, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are non-refundable, since those are charged by the destination country rather than by us.

Who pays return shipping

If you're returning for a change of mind or an ordering mistake, return shipping is your responsibility, and we ask for a tracked method. If the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping — see Reporting a Damaged or Defective Item.
