How Long Delivery Takes
Most orders arrive within 6–15 business days — here's how that breaks down and why the tracking date leads.
We know the honest answer to "when will it arrive?" matters more than an optimistic one. Here's the real picture.
The estimate, broken down
Most orders arrive within a total of 6 to 15 business days. That splits into two parts:
- Processing: 1–3 business days. We prepare, pack, and dispatch your order. Orders placed before 10:00 PM EST begin processing the next business day; orders placed after that start the following business day.
- Transit: 5–12 business days. The time the carrier needs to get your package to your door.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Free shipping, always
Shipping is free on every order, regardless of size, weight, or destination. There are no surprise fees at checkout.
Why the tracking date leads
Those numbers are estimates, not promises — real delivery can shift for reasons outside anyone's control: customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, or peak seasonal volume. A note on weekends and holidays
Because processing runs on business days, an order placed on a Friday evening or over a weekend starts its clock on the next business day rather than immediately. It's not a delay — just the calendar. The transit estimate then begins once your order is dispatched and you've received your tracking link.
Busy periods
Around major holidays and other high-demand stretches, delivery can run a little longer than usual. If you're ordering for an occasion, it's worth giving yourself some buffer so your pan arrives with time to spare.
A couple of practical notes
We're not able to ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), so please use a street address at checkout. And if your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, don't stew on it — reach out and we'll look into it with you.
