International Shipping and Customs
Where we ship, what free shipping covers, and how duties and taxes are handled.
We ship beyond the United States, and shipping is free everywhere we deliver. Here's the practical detail for an order crossing a border.
Where we ship
We currently offer free shipping to the following countries:
- United States
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- Ireland
- Netherlands
- Australia
- New Zealand
- Singapore
- United Arab Emirates
If your country isn't on that list, get in touch before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether we can reach you.
Shipping is free, regardless
Free shipping applies to every order, regardless of size, weight, or location. There are no additional shipping fees added at checkout for an international destination.
How long it takes
The same estimate applies: 6 to 15 business days in total, made up of 1 to 3 business days of processing and 5 to 12 business days in transit. Customs clearance is one of the reasons a delivery estimate can move, along with carrier issues, weather, and peak seasonal periods. The full breakdown is in How Long Delivery Takes.
Duties, taxes, and customs fees
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are charged by the destination country, not by us, and rules differ from country to country. Our shipping policy doesn't set a single blanket rule for them, so we won't invent one here. If anything is owed on your order, the instructions come from the carrier or the customs authority handling your package, and they'll tell you what to pay and how.
Two things we can state plainly: if a charge does apply, it's separate from the free shipping on your order. And if you later return an item, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees already paid are non-refundable, since that money went to the destination country rather than to us.

A note on addresses
We can't ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), so please use a street address at checkout wherever you are.
Tracking across borders
International packages often pass between carriers, and tracking can go quiet during a handoff or while a package sits in customs, then jump forward with several updates at once. That's normal — see Tracking Hasn't Updated in Days.
