How to Track Your Order
Your tracking link arrives by email the moment your order ships — here's where to find it and what it means.
Waiting on a new pan is half the fun and half the impatience. Here's exactly how to follow your order from our door to yours.
Your tracking email
As soon as your order ships, we send a confirmation email containing a tracking link. It comes from Okura Cookware — so if you don't see it within a day or two of ordering, check your spam and promotions folders before assuming anything's wrong. The link is the fastest way in.
The tracking page
You can also follow your order any time on our order tracking page. Enter the details from your confirmation email and it'll pull up the latest status. Bookmark it if you're the check-it-twice-a-day type — no judgment.
What the estimated delivery date means
The estimated date is exactly that: an estimate, updated as your package moves through the network. Treat the date shown on the tracking page as your best guide — it reflects the most recent information the carriers have. For how the overall timeline breaks down, see How Long Delivery Takes.
Why tracking sometimes goes quiet, then jumps
Most orders pass through more than one carrier. A long-haul carrier moves your package across the country, then hands it to a local last-mile carrier for the final stretch to your door. During that handoff, tracking can pause for a day and then suddenly jump forward with several updates at once. That gap is normal and doesn't mean your package is lost.
Reading the status updates
Tracking pages speak in their own shorthand — "in transit," "out for delivery," "arrived at facility." None of these need action from you; they're just your package checking in at each stop along the route. The only status worth a closer look is "delivered" when nothing has actually turned up, and there's a dedicated guide for exactly that below.
Didn't get a tracking email?
If your order has shipped but no tracking link ever arrived, contact us with your order number and we'll resend it. And if tracking shows delivered but nothing turned up, we've got a step-by-step for that: Tracking Says Delivered, But There's No Package.
